Alexandra
MS, E-RYT500

Alexandra is a certified trauma-informed yoga therapist, non-profit community member, mental health advocate, and mother to an adventurous toddler. She holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is an experienced 500-hour yoga and meditation instructor based in South Florida. With over 1,500+ hours of advanced training and 2,800+ hours of teaching experience, Alexandra brings depth, skill, and compassion to every session.

For nearly a decade, she has infused her spunky and authentic personality into trauma-sensitive teaching across diverse settings from yoga studios and substance-use treatment centers to schools, homeless shelters, and beyond. Her own journey through trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance-related challenges inspired her path to the mat, and she is deeply passionate about offering these tools as an integrative, whole-istic way to navigate life’s twists and turns.

Alexandra’s training includes Trauma-Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Reiki Level 2 Certification. She specializes in creating a safe, compassionate space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
